Milk Mustache Mania says that when the Make-A-Wish Foundation found out that Courtney, who had been diagnosed with leukemia, wanted to be in a milk mustache ad, the foundation called the campaign and the campaign helped make her wish come true. The book's page is headed “Contest Winner”.

My wish was to be in a milk ad. It came true because I drink milk. Milk provides nine essential nutrients that make growing bodies strong. I know milk is part of a healthy diet. And now you do, too. Best wishes.
