The ads ran the day of and the day after the Survivor finale: the "before" ad showed the four finalists, the "after" ad only the winner. The finalists photo ran as the front page of the New York Daily News on 23 August 2000, which the book describes as the first time an advertisement appeared on that paper's front page.
The Milk Mustache Mania printing reads "What the last remaining survivor dreams of wearing tomorrow."
